Total Fees are due upon acceptance and no later than: 


FALL SEMESTER: June 15                      SPRING SEMESTER: November 15


Total fees are due June 15 for the Fall semester and November 15 for the Spring Semester. Fees shall be paid by bank transfer.

Please clearly specify the cause of the payment by writing the participant’s name on the bank transfer statement (ex:’ John Smith- Fall 2009 Semester Abroad Program-)

A copy of the bank transfer receipt needs to be sent to NABA to the following NABA fax number: +39 02 97372233 or as a scanned document via email at semesterabroad@naba.it

Schedule and location of classes
Lectures will be held at NABA, in via Carlo Darwin, 20 – Milano 20143.
Monday through Thursday 9am 18 pm.

Cancellation policy
Program Fee liability is based on the date on which a formal cancellation request is received in writing (email or fax) to our Semester Registration Center (semesterabroad@naba.it)

All cancellations must be made in writing according to the following deadlines:

  • 60 or more days prior beginning of Semester: full tuition refund
  • 60 to 30 days prior beginning of Semester: 50% tuition refund

After the above-mentioned deadlines NABA will reserve the right to not refund your payment.
NABA reserves the right to:

  • amend or cancel courses, change course location or to substitute lecturers and tutors
  • make any changes that in our absolute discretion we consider necessary or appropriate for reasons of operational efficiency or due to other circumstances that are beyond our control.

If we cancel a course then we shall endeavour to give as much notice as possible. We shall refund the fees paid in full but we shall not be liable for any other consequential loss. In case of withdrawal from the course, an official withdrawal letter written by the enrolled student must be received by the administration office at NABA at least 30 days before the starting date of the program in order to be entitled a 50% refund.
